We are a very seasonal Hotel and the majority of our frontline staff are transient internationals in the country on work visas. Our project wasn’t a big one by resort standards only 16 bures, restaurant, conference centre and gardens so we needed not just a professional but one who could guide and direct the local Fijian staff.
